Today is Yom HaZikaron and Israel is close in our hearts. We honored the memory of those who gave their lives for her freedom through song, poetry, and stories. Students laid flowers at the flagpole, recited the Prayer for the State of Israel, and stood together in silence as the siren sounded—united in reflection and remembrance. 🇮🇱🕯️. Thank you to the @thejstl for letting us participate in last night`s ceremony and to Rabbi Andrew Terkel and Rabbi Noah Arnow for enriching our ceremony this morning.
