Lunch Menu

Our Bistro Kids Farm-to-Table School Lunch program prepares school lunches from scratch using only all natural foods that are certified kosher. Ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible — including vegetables students have planted in our school garden. Hormone, antibiotic-free milk, from grass fed free range cows is served with dairy meals. Our students raise chickens on site for eggs used in the lunch program. In addition, students compost their food waste and recycle paper and plastic goods where applicable.

All food served as part of the school lunch program is prepared in a supervised kosher kitchen.

When a student brings lunch from home, family choice is honored in a dignified way, free of monitoring and reflective of our commitment to respecting diverse family definitions of Jewish practice.
